Curry Squid

Usually if it is curry with beef, lamb or chicken meat. But prescribed uses squid that people rarely try this recipe. Maybe a little more salty taste remains the same but it feels like a curry the other.

 Ingridients:
500 gram small squid
600cc coconut milk (1 coconut)
500 gram red chili
10 grains spanish onion
2 pieces of terumic
1 piece of ginger
salt
leaf of terumic
1 stalk lemongrass crushed
2 sheet leaf of lime
1 piece of galangal

Way to make:
- smoothed red chili, spanish onion, terumic, ginger, and galangal
- stir-fry until fragrant together leaf of terumic, leaf of lime, and lemongrass
- enter squid, stir briefly then add coconut milk, cook until sauce coagulate
