Cook Chiken Green Chili

People usually cook chicken with red chili and it was not too spicy, but we try this prescribed chicken cooked with green peppers and it would be more spicy than red chili. For those of you who like the spicy flavor of this recipe please try :)

 Ingridients:   1 chiken tail pieces
                   1 tablespoon lime juice
                   5 sheets leaf of kaffir lime
                   2 tablespoon water acidic
                   1/2 sheets leaf of turmeric


Spice mashed:   6 grains of nutmeg
                         1 tablespoon slices lemongrass
                         3 cloves of garlic
                         8 grains spanish onion
                         1 tablespoon galangal thinly sliced
                         1 teaspoon turmeric thinly sliced
                         1 teaspoon ginger thinly sliced
                         1 teaspoon pepper powder
                         250 gram green chili
                         salt to taste


Way to make:
- clean chiken and coat chiken with lime juice and salt, let stand 15 minutes 
- stir-fry spice that have been smoothed with 5 tablespoon cooking oil, tumeric and leaf of kaffir lime until fragrant and cooked
- enter chiken pieces and water acidic, stir until change color, add 250 ml water
- cook with a small fire until chiken quite soft and sauce has thickened
